Honey, I ate all the Wings

| 750 grams chicken wings |
| 1 teaspoon Salt |
| 2 teaspoons Sunrite Crushed Red Pepper |
| 5 tablespoons Honey |
| 4 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup |
| 1 large Onion, chopped |
| 3 tablespoons soya sauce |
| 2 tablespoons prepared mustard |
| 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil |
| 2 tablespoons fresh Ginger, grated |
| 1 teaspoon Orange zest |

| Cut off wing tips, cut each wing in half at joint . Place in baking dish.
Grate the onion and ginger, mix and add the orange zest and salt. Rub the mix onto the chicken pieces.
Combine the honey, soya sauce, Sunrite Crushed Red Pepper sauce and mustard. Mix well and pour over chicken wings.
Cover and marinate for two hours or overnight. |

| Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C. Place chicken wings and sauces in single layer on baking pan.
Bake until golden brown. Serve with additional sauce. |
